I’d Be Proud to Serve THIS Warrant

December 28, 2007 by Jolly Roger

About a year ago, I wrote about one possible way of bringing the moronic monkey and his cohorts to Justice:

- George W. “Decider” Bush, and Richard “Waterboarder” “Deadeye Dick” “Deferment Dick” “Lawyer Blaster” Cheney. As the two responsible for the policies that led to all of the crimes committed in every theater we’ve been operating in, these gentlemen are directly accountable for every atrocity committed by any American at any detention facility. They are guilty of violations of United States law, the Geneva Conventions, and more broadly, the manslaughter (by means of depraved indifference) of many Reserve and National Guard forces from every State in the Union, as well as US territories like Puerto Rico and Guam.

Prosecutors, do your jobs! Submit the readily available evidence to Federal and State Grand Juries today! You won’t have any trouble getting indictments-of this we can be sure.

I have no way of knowing how many of the good citizens of Vermont read Reconstitution, but I suspect they don’t need to. As Americans fed up with the Chimperial crimes and Constitutional violations, Vermonters have talked about a whole lot of options over the last few years-even secession. And one town in Vermont even appears to be taking a serious look at doing what I suggested ought to be done back in January.

I see no Constitutional reason why these criminals couldn’t be held to answer for their crimes at a venue below the Federal level, and since our CONgress refuses to live up to its oath and exercise its Constitutional duties, then maybe this is the way to go. It is for certain that Chimpy has committed crimes against the peace and dignity of virtually every jurisdiction in the United States. Why shouldn’t local entities be able to hold criminals to account for the crimes that they’ve committed?

President Bush may soon have a new reason to avoid left-leaning Vermont: In one town, activists want him subject to arrest for war crimes.

A group in Brattleboro is petitioning to put an item on a town meeting agenda in March that would make Bush and Vice President Cheney subject to arrest and indictment if they visit the southeastern Vermont community.

“This petition is as radical as the Declaration of Independence, and it draws on that tradition in claiming a universal jurisdiction when governments fail to do what they’re supposed to do,” said Kurt Daims, 54, a retired machinist leading the drive.

As president, Bush has visited every state except Vermont.

The town meeting, an annual exercise in which residents gather to vote on everything from fire department budgets to municipal policy, requires about 1,000 signatures to place a binding item on the agenda.

The measure asks: “Shall the Selectboard instruct the Town Attorney to draft indictments against President Bush and Vice President Cheney for crimes against our Constitution, and publish said indictment for consideration by other municipalities?”

The White House did not immediately respond to requests for comment Friday. The press office did not immediately respond to an e-mail.

To get the head of a snake you must first clip its tail. Thus Pelosi and Reid are the tail of the devil that enable war crimes while posing as concerned Americans.
