i support the troops wholeheartedly. they have been put in such an awful situation that i can’t even contemplate it. how do they get rewarded for their service to their country? we have all seen the reports of the shabby way they have been treated by the government who sent them to fight a war that was unnecessary- except for the war profiteers. pay withheld or forced to be paid back; withholding health services and mental health services; sub-par medical care and on and on….
well, some of these brave men and women have been speaking out. this week- even more have taken the brave action to come forward and tell the truth. tell the real story. these are the people we should believe. not the war mongers sitting in washington who lied to us to get us in this mess to begin with.

“We lost really good friends, really good leaders who died in Iraq. From my perspective, it didn’t make any sense, we didn’t accomplish anything, and I talked to a lot of other soldiers who feel the same way,” Casey Porter.
That pretty well sums it up. thanks for steering us to Downing Street Memos
