Jesus Done Told Him to Do It

Here we go again. The “good Christian man” had to go get rid of Saddam because Jesus done told him to turn loose the dogs of war on people who had no quarrel with us. He just had to rain the fires of Hell down on the people of Iraq because we’re all made in God’s image. How about all those Iraqis the moronic monkey has killed, or maimed, for nothing? Were THEY created in the image of the creator? How about all those American soldiers that don’t get to go home to their parents, siblings, spouses, children? In whose image were THEY created?
And while we’re on that subject…. did Jesus tell this coward to get his daddy to arrange him a slot away from all that nastiness in Vietnam? Were the Vietnamese NOT created in God’s image, and therefore deserved no freedom? And who was it then that told him to repeatedly duck his flight physicals? Was the creator worried that he might get busted on a dope rap? And how about that whole freedom thing anyway? The Iraqis deserve freedom, but we deserve bankruptcy and destitution? And why is it that we deserve to have our Constitutional rights stripped away from us-the rights that Jefferson said were given to us by our creator? Why is it that when we exercise our right to dissent, Chimpy calls us a bunch of motherfucking traitors? How Christian is THAT?!?
Jesusistanis, if this waste of flesh and bone is what you consider to be a good Christian man, keep your Christianity. I’d rather be a Satanist than believe what this Pol Pot wannabe believes.
President Bush delivered a rousing defense of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan on Tuesday, mixing faith and foreign policy as he told a group of Christian broadcasters that his policies in the region were predicated on the beliefs that freedom was a God-given right and “every human being bears the image of our maker.”
In a 42-minute speech to the National Religious Broadcasters convention, Mr. Bush called upon European allies to step up their efforts in Afghanistan, and conceded that recent security gains in Iraq “are tenuous, they’re reversible and they’re fragile.” Still, he insisted his troop buildup there is succeeding.
“The decision to remove Saddam Hussein was the right decision early in my presidency,” Mr. Bush said, to a standing ovation. “It is the right decision at this point in my presidency, and it will forever be the right decision.”

Ignorant fuck..God, I am so sick of his retarded logic I could scream!!
There is a HUGE difference between Christianity and Christianity perverted for economic gain, political power, and money.
That’s the reason why so many are turned off by it and that’s the reason I’m doing my best to reclaim it and redefine it in a context that does not get much attention.
Comrade, the latter type of “Christian” is, in my language, a Jesusistani. I know the difference.
Unfortunately, I look at history from the Crusades to the Inquisition to the Hundred-Years War to the Russian civil war, and I don’t have a lot of confidence that any organized religion can be corrected. Faith is fine. Faith gets a lot of people through some really rough patches. It’s when people start to congregate that I start having problems with it.
