The world is watching. What will we do when we see enough?
Excellent montage & message. China wanted the spotlight to host the games & they got it. It is clear the momentum of support for the Pro Tibet human rights moverment is not going to be a short lived thing, I suspect it will continue to plague China for the duration- unless they stop the abuse. My hometown will be hosting the track olympic trials in June. Yes they can expect pro Tibet people there too. This is such a fine opportunity to let the worldwide community show their support & demand change. That would really be an Olympic triumph if such change can be made as a result.
I have seen enough. So, I make these videos to silence the voices in my head Trog..that scream about the injustice.
G’night..got two Doc appts tomorrow..starting at Eight friggin AM.
Dusty’s last blog post..Beyond Beijing..
I’ll cross my eyes for your good luck. I might not do so well if they get stuck or sumpin, but it’s worth it!
Americans can protest without fear? Wot? That’s not the message I get from most American blogs and from those Americans who visit my blog.
And imagine the world’s biggest murderer and torturer, George Bush, lecturing China on human rights. What incredible hypocrisy!
Pardon me while I go mad.
Hey David..I have only been arrested when I participated in civil disobedience. In Tibet and Burma they are shot and jailed sometimes for years if not decades..
Big difference..huge.
