I have found myself having to take sabbaticals & pull back just to restore my humanity, and recharge my batteries & give the whole damned thing a rest. Step back & do what heals and calms and feels right & weave back when you feel like it. One dear friend called it fuck up fatigue. Yes it is very real. Replenish & find your niche in how you can amke a differnece-- even if that just means you are going to focus on your own organic garden- because even then you are nurturing mother earth, doing a good thing for the planet & your soul.
