<description>The judges are pretty much appointed for life. That is the problem. BushCo's courts will still be there even after our Fuckwit-in-Chief is long gone to his ranch.

But some of them are true to the constitution..but not all of em. :(

Dustys last blog post..&lt;a href="http://leftwingnutjob.blogspot.com/2008/05/mothers-day-in-nepal-big-protest-lots.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;Mothers Day in Nepal: Big protest, lots of arrests&lt;/a&gt;</description>

<description>I have had it from the beginning with this mis-administration but pessimism would be putting it mildly. This idiot is going to do what he damn well pleases and when he is called to the floor he will simply stall as usual until it is too late to stop him' In this case i expect him to go tit for tat with the ACLU or anyone else until he is hopefully out of office.
If we are lucky enough to have an election and it is not stolen from us again the Democrat elected hopefully Obama will take hits at every turn from these underhanded scum. First line of Business, destroy the Democrats!
Hey Dusty aren't you on vacation?

<description>It's about damned time! I am sick of one high crime after another just sliding off this Teflon administration, using the *national security* shield. E-fricking-nuff already. Does anyone have the cahones to run the judicial system in a Constitutional way? Each of these branches is supposed to keep things in balance--- the Executive branch is NOT above the law. End of story.

You quoted:

The ACLU said it believes the memo includes a section addressing the subject of waterboarding, which simulates drowning.
The CIA must turn the item over for review on Monday. Said the government had no immediate comment.

Oh I bet they DO have some immediate comments- mostly like *Oh Shit* &#38; or *how do we make this thing disappear?*
