a letter from someone who would know

September 6, 2008 by Betmo

i am not sure if anyone else has seen this letter by anne kilkenny- but she is a wasilla native who knows the palins well.  it speaks to palin’s character as well as relevant political experience that many have chosen to overlook or ignore in the msm.  par for the course, of course.  when you put mccain’s tired rhetoric and flip flops with his abusive personality with her lying, conniving, coverups and corruption (and lack of any real experience except with the former) it makes for a disagreeable ticket.

“I am a resident of Wasilla, Alaska. I have known Sarah since 1992.
Everyone here knows Sarah, so it is nothing special to say we are on a
first-name basis. Our children have attended the same schools. Her
father was my child’s favorite substitute teacher. I also am on a
first name basis with her parents and mother-in-law. I attended more
City Council meetings during her administration than about 99% of the
residents of the city.”

I am a democrat. I am sick of everyone exagurating everything into lies. Republicans and Democrats alike. Why can’t we have an honest reporting system in the USA.
I’m beginning to feel like I don’t even live in a democratic society

leann- we don’t live in a democratic society anymore. we live in a corporatocracy. mercenary armies and homeland security thugs are rounding up protesters and dissenters on the streets of america. all of our personal information is kept in databases and many of us are on ‘no fly’ lists simply because we fit criteria determined by the government. today’s news tells of the vice president’s office usurping the power of the attorney general and signing his name to a paper that extended spying on americans. we started out with a democratic republic. what we have ended up with is a fascist police state. i really don’t feel that i can overstate that.
