Ten Post Round-Up: Big News In Digestible Bits (Tuesday, October 28th)

So, check this out.  I did not accomplish much, yesterday, but I did post to the blog, so please cut me some slack if you see a few dust bunnies around.  Some things are more important than muddy footprints, I tell ya.  Heck, there must be some kind of medal or free happy meal for me posting the Ten Post Round-Up two days in a row (tap-tap-tap…is this thing on?).

I just got what could turn out to be bad news, today, so I’m a little bummed.  But this YouTube from an up-and-coming news anchor has put a smile on my face, so I strongly encourage you to check him out: Great Kid’s News

On with today’s round-up:

• More evidence of how much Republicans really do love socialism: Ronald Reagan.

• Sad: Good credit no longer a guarantee that you get a decent line of credit.

• Forget Bill Clinton: AC/DC is the reason our economy is in the tank.

• Good News: If you “tweet” you ARE being watched.  Bad News: Because the US Army thinks you might be a terrorist!

• This has been another great moment in McCain-Palin: FAIL.

• Ever wonder why your prescription doesn’t seem to be working?  You might want to have a little chat with your doctor.

• Speaking of doctors, apparently a famous TV Doc is available for the right single lady…

• A whole lot of funny business going on with online presidential campaign donations.

• Outsourcing call centers may save some companies money, but they are costing the rest of us big time?

• Daylight Saving Time ends on Sunday.  That’s one more hour of partying, this weekend, people!
