It’s All A Game…Right???

Yesterday North Korea tested a nuclear device that upset the world. Rightly so considering what a global danger those things are, Even a small scale explosion has nasty effects on the rest of the world. Along with the pollution that gets out, there is a big fear factor when the loonies with the stupid things start playing with them. Especially ones as fucked up as Kim Jong Il is.
Considering the test firing of two missles today it seems there is some power game going on. Even if the game is only in the Korean leaders mind, the other world “teams” must face the challenge. When the gauntlet is thrown in the nuke game all people must stand up and accept the idiocy. Controlling the agressor is the only choice.
But that means the possibility of a nuclear game of “who gets hit first?”. Who has the nads to throw the first pitch? Will the first one attacked throw a “Hail Mary” pass back? Will both sides come out swinging and gawd help those just standing by?
Diplomacy obviously hasn’t worked with the crazy guy yet and treaties are just toilet paper now. North Korea is threatening South Korea with war if it tries to stop ships carrying its test missles. Russia claims the bomb test yesterday was a powerful as the ones used to destroy Japanese cities in WWII. France is calling for more sanctions and Japan is shaking in their boots. Obama has reiterated our promise to defend both South Korea and Japan.
The whole world is now choosing teams to play this stupid game. So far the missiles tested have about an 80 mile range but from their location even those pawns can attack more than one queen and surely threaten the kings as well.
As this unfolds on the worlds playing field the stands are filling up. We are all watching and waiting for the referrees. Everyone needs some assurance they will remain safe. The gladiators will surely face the lions for us.
Wont they?

Considering how many times China has invaded Korea in the past, what are they waiting for now? Just think of the goodwill China could earn by taking its troops out of Tibet and putting them in Pyongyang. Maybe Ban Ki-moon could grow a set and give China his blessing.
