		<description>Thanks, Oso, for your comment. I think you&#039;re right about his being Irish having an affect on his popularity--among the Irish! I think those San Patiricios were operating out of El Paso (my 2nd home). Our cathedral here is St. Patricks. I did not learn the story of Chamizal when I was in school, and it really astounded me to learn of it when I moved to El Paso.
