The Vacation Is Over

Yep. Funtime is over. I traveled around the southwest for a couple of months finally ending up in Santa Cruz, CA. Figuring this is where we both want to live permanently anyhow it seemed good to finally set a base and go forward into the rest of our lives. But this post isn’t about me taking a break and just returning to mundane life. It is about much more important things.

I mean…Hell froze over yesterday. The Saints played in a Superbowl which started the cold winds blowing down there. Then they won and the whole lake of fire just glazed over with ice thick enough to drive a truck across. But again this isn’t about the vacation church folks can take since hell is a cold wasteland now and eternal toasting is no longer available. It is about how the left has gotta quit laying back on Barrys laurels and start fighting for freedom and peace even harder.

See….I saw some footage of the Sarah Show from the Tea Party speech Palin gave this weekend. Sounded real scary to me. Like she is going to run for president. Like there will be a big fight in 2012 between the ultra righties and the rest of the world. President Palin doesn’t sound like an appealing thing to call our country’s leader. Obama or some other more American name than Sarah Palin would be much better.

Some may scoff saying she doesn’t have a chance. They say the Tea Party will split the conservative vote enough to insure an Obama Re-election. These people have either very short memories or just were infants in 1980. I mean…these crazy fools elected Ronald Reagan as figurehead and have kept the George H. W. Bush reign in the oval office for 16 of the past 25 years and they are the same extremist terrorists that would rather see an idiot in office if it means they get to strip us of the few rights the US citizen has left. Blindly following the crap spewed from the teevees and radios they pushed the Cheney/Rumsfeld/Bush reign of terror/power to the point the country was left as close to destroyed as it can get without total collapse.

And they will do it again if we let them. Now I am not standing behind Barack Obama. He is a great disappointment to many, but especially to those who are “independent” voters that feel his plans and ideas are too far left. The reality is that he is just a tool of the War Machine but if you hear the talk from Palin and her supporting masses he is anti war and they are quick to point out that war is freedom and progress. I am just saying that we need to continue the struggle to regain our rights soon and return to the beliefs that we are free.

The appeal of a white woman is much more acceptable than the thought of how a partly black man defeating the Good Ol’ White Boy clique in D.C. and these fools will make enough problems for the fight for freedom and peace if we don’t stay vigilant and defeat them with the truth.

Barry has been the man for a year now and the party is now over. We need to stand up and shake off our apathy. Dust off those freedom hats and get ready for what may become the fight for a free life.

After all…as they put it….”Freedom Isn’t Free”.
