Ten Post Round-Up: Policy of Truth

There’s a lot of vim and vinegar being slung around the internets, today. It’s like there’s a hot political race going on…wait…my bad!

Part of the reason for all the fire and brimstone, methinks, is due to the lack of truthiness from some quarters (I won’t say where. I will say it starts with a letter that rhymes with the letter “b” and the name rhymes with the word “sailin’”).

In today’s Ten Post Round-Up I will try to dig out the truthiness, if for no other reason than I have a policy of truth when it comes to staying informed and on top of the issues.

Politics 101: When speaking publicly, it is probably best not to “stretch the truth”.

Old and Busted: Complaining about your opponents sexist attacks on your candidate. New Hotness: Using that same sexism to sell your candidate to the masses. Stay classy, indeed!

Ten Post Round-Up: Superman Edition

By the time you read this post you will either have recovered from the Palin Speech Drinking Game or had enough Pepto to settle your tummy. Of course, if you are like me, you probably opted for a refreshing rerun of CSI.

For those of you who prefer your Republican/Conservative news in bite-size portions, today’s Ten Post Round-Up will not disappoint. But, before you proceed, you might want to indulge in a little musical interlude and remember that you are (or may very likely know) a Superwoman.

Going for gold? Palin earns her compassionate conservative credentials.

Let us remember that like a firearm, when in the proximity of a microphone, always assume that it’s loaded (I very recently discovered how embarrassing that can be…thankfully, I’m not a national figure)!
