Obama has a plan for Iraq, which I read this morning. He begins by saying:

– an old Texas saying describes a current political reality. One might also say that U.S. President George W. Bush is truly “up against it;” “damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t;” or looking at “an irresistible force meeting an immovable object.”

The US and Iraq have been in ‘negotiations’ for awhile now over a permanent..cough..pact. A pact that will govern how and what we are allowed to do within Iraq’s borders.

Hmmm, hasn’t War, Inc. already been in business for about five years?
